Description
The structure is composed of four apartments: a studio, two two-room apartments and a three-room apartment. Three of them, arranged in a row towards the north, enjoy a particularly favorable exposure during the summer, being fresh, ventilated and protected from the sun thanks to the presence of olive and fruit trees. The studio is located in a more secluded position and is a welcoming refuge in rustic style, with a wooden roof and intimate rooms, perfect for a couple looking for relaxation and privacy.
Each apartment has a private veranda, and is fully equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils. The outdoor spaces offer large green areas, a wood-fired oven, barbecue, relaxation area and some games for the little ones, making the stay pleasant even for families with children.
Molinella Beach, a lovely sandy bay, is just 250 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. The centre of Vieste is 3.5 km away, while Peschici can be reached in around half an hour by car. The property is ideally located for those wishing to explore the Gargano coast, with its many coves and beaches that extend to Mattinata and beyond.
