Appartamento in Rome

Guest House is a lovely apartment recently completely renovated, with free WIFI and air conditioning in the center of Rome, composed of a dining room/fully equipped kitchen and two spacious double rooms, WITH LARGE CERTIFICATED SOUNDPROOF WINDOWS, a king size bed plus one new sofa bed with 18 cm high mattress and folding cot for a child up to two years. The kitchen will be at your disposal, you can use the equipment and supplies of tea, coffee and other products, detergents and soaps that you will find.

Pets are welcome, upon prior notice, at a cost of 20.00 Euros per night.

Quiet and bright double room in shades of green and pink with air conditioning, WI-FI, king size bed and private bathroom and shared kitchen. It can accommodate up to three adults.

The kitchen will be at your disposal, you can use the equipment and supplies of tea, coffee and other products, detergents and soaps that you will find in the common areas. The kitchen is shared with the other guests of the property, you can arrange your own food and drinks in the areas of the refrigerator indicated with the label “GREEN” or in the dedicated drawer in the coffee corner.

Quiet and bright double room in shades of blue and white, with A LARGE CERTIFICATED SOUNDPROOF WINDOW, air conditioning, WI-FI, king size bed and private bathroom with window and shared kitchen.

It can accommodate up to two adults and a cot for a girl/boy up to two years old.

The kitchen will be at your disposal, you can use the equipment and supplies of tea, coffee and other products, detergents and soaps that you will find in the common areas. The kitchen is shared with the other guests of the property, you can arrange your own food and drinks in the areas of the refrigerator indicated with the label “BLUE” or in the dedicated drawer in the coffee corner.
Rules

Free WIFI, air conditioning, electricity, water and heating, tiding up and final cleaning are included in the price
Coffee, tea, herbal teas, biscuits and crackers are offered in the coffee corner
Before check-in is required to send a copy of your ID
The change of towels and the tiding of the room takes place at least every three days, and bed linen every week, unless otherwise required or requested
Please RESPECT QUITE TIME from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
PETS ALLOWED – for a FEE – only for bookings of the ENTIRE APARTMENT
Smoking is NOT allowed in any part of the property
No parties or events are allowed
No unregistered guests are allowed
