The space
The property has a small terrace at the entrance overlooking the characteristic impluvium of the Roman Domus in a modern version. The spacious and vaulted rooms are typical of the prestigious buildings of seven/nineteenth century. The loft kitchen living room has a large dining area with direct access to the kitchen equipped with all the tools for preparing food.
Upstairs is the large and comfortable double bedroom.
The second room has 2 single beds, each equipped with their own linen and personal clothing area. There is also a small desk that guarantees work privacy.
The bathroom with comfortable shower and dispenser with continuous supply of natural body products is equipped with a dedicated water heater and a small sink.
Guest access
To access the structure we will provide you with a numeric code to be inserted on the keypad to the left of the green entrance door.
You will enter the large hallway, walk along the two flights of stairs and when you reach the second floor, crossing the gate on the left you will find yourself in an outdoor space. Here, crossing the walkway on the left you will arrive outside the accommodation that you can access by taking the keys from the lockbox in front of the front door.
