Description
We offer for rent a lovely house in the countryside surrounded by greenery and located close to the beautiful nature reserve of Torre Guaceto (about 7/8 km away).
The area ensures absolute tranquility as it is surrounded by other villas in the countryside and far from the noise of the city (which is still easily accessible). The location is in fact excellent both for those who want to reach the beautiful Valle d’Itria with Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino Polignano a mare and Monopoli, and for those who want to admire the beautiful beaches of Torre dell’orso, Torre Lapillo, San Pietro in bevagna etc.
Crossing the threshold of the electric gate there is an illuminated path that leads to a large square in front of the house.
The apartment is divided into two levels and is composed as follows:
in the living area we find 1 large lounge equipped with TV and a comfortable sofa bed (which can be used by a maximum of 2 people), a well-equipped kitchenette (with oven, microwave oven, electric oven and all the necessary utensils) and a dining room.
In the sleeping area we find a comfortable double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (also equipped with air conditioning), 1 double bedroom with bunk bed, a cot for children, a fan and finally 1 bathroom.
Outside the house there are two verandas equipped with chairs, tables, coffee tables and also equipped with a wood oven, barbecue and another comfortable bathroom outside the house.
Finally, the house is complete with every comfort, new mosquito nets, alarm system, air conditioning (cold/hot air) and fireplace.
Prices vary depending on the season:
Week of June/September–> €400
Week of July–> €500
Week of August–> €700
Low season: €300 per week.
