Appartamento in Porto Cesareo

The apartment is 150 meters from the sea (both rocks and free sandy beach).
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, arranged as follows:
-a double bedroom (with the possible addition of a camp bed);
-a double bedroom;
-two single beds in the living room.
All bedrooms include wardrobes and bedside tables.
There are two bathrooms (one internal and one external, well-serviced).
The house has all the comforts: washing machine, microwave, kitchenette.
There is a large dining room, a kitchenette, a front veranda and a rear garden arranged with chairs and tables.
The apartment is air conditioned.
The house is located about 4-5 minutes from the center which can be reached by walking along a seafront walkway. The house is located in a strategic point as it is close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, tobacconists, pharmacies…

-COST TABLE
I would like to rent the house from April to September with the following costs:
MONTH OF APRIL: 250 EURO per week
MONTH OF MAY: 250 EURO per week
MONTH OF JUNE: 350 EURO per week
MONTH OF JULY: 700 EURO per week
MONTH OF AUGUST: 1200 EURO per week
MONTH OF SEPTEMBER: 300 EURO per week.
-TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-pets are accepted as long as they are small and well-groomed
-Smoking is not permitted inside the house as there are outdoor spaces designated for this purpose.
