The independent apartment is located in Marina di Grosseto in Via Niccolò Machiavelli 56.
You enter through a small gate and go down about 8 steps to access the house (it is a basement) and go up the same number of steps to access the garden, of about 60 square meters, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, umbrella, outdoor shower, barbecue, illuminated.
The apartment is composed of a veranda equipped with table, chairs and a small fountain from which you access the apartment consisting of a large living room with kitchenette, where you can use a double sofa bed and a single pouf bed.
there is no dishwasher, there is a traditional and microwave oven, a water purification system assiduously maintained for the supply of purified, still, cold and sparkling water. from the living room you access the double bedroom and the bathroom, with shower and hairdryer.
The apartment is completed by a very large storage room where there is also a washing machine and a well for washing. The apartment has an autoclave.
